Materia Montelupo 2017, the exhibition of contemporary ceramicMateria Montelupo, ceramic workshops meet contemporary artists.

Materia Montelupo, the exhibition organized by Matteo Zauli, curator of the Museum Carlo Zauli in Faenza, showcases the objects created by Italian contemporary artists in collaboration with the ceramic workshops in Montelupo Fiorentino.

Palazzo Podestarile in Montelupo hosts in its rooms prototypes and new lines born in the workshops as well as the creative world of the designers.

The artists worked with the manufacturers to create their own operas with also the purpose to implement new production lines for the artisans and to enrich the ceramic collections of the town’s workshops.

Fashion in Flair 2017On the 13th toward the 15th of October the wonderful gardens of Villa Bottini in Lucca host the 6th edition of Fashion in Flair, the market fair dedicated to excellent handicraft and shopping Made in Italy.

The fair is an opportunity to know and buy beautiful handiworks, to visit the Villa’s gardens and taste some Italian delicatessen. The artisans have the chance to meet their public while the handicraft lovers can find the right pieces.

This year we are thrilled to visit Fashion in Flair! We are going to be in the panel of invited bloggers assigning the “Award Blogger for Flair” to the best exhibitor who win the attention for originality, craftsmanship and emotion.

Handicrafts fair of Tuscan Valtiberina

Locandina Mostra Mercato 2016

The 41° Mostra Mercato dell’Artigianato della Valtiberina Toscana will start tomorrow till Sunday, 1st May, with a program dedicated to quality and tradition. The background is the magical atmosphere of the town of Anghiari, in the province of Arezzo (Tuscany), and the incomparable beauty of its historical center.

The event is a real institution in the handicraft area.

The exhibition will be an opportunity to see the best of “handmade”, a wide range of selected handicraft products in the fields of wood, leather, fabrics and wrought iron, ceramics and precious metals, to the most modern techniques.

In addition, the fair will be enriched by important art events, such as exhibition “IL PANNO DI PIERO” dedicated to the Casentino cloth and curated by the company TACS at Palazzo Pretorio, Piazza del Popolo.
